Mcdonald's, Arlington, Texas, American Restaurant Details

Food:

Wow I should have read the reviews before I came in here with my kids. All managers are sitting all at one table when I walk in and there is a long long line waiting to have orders taken. I finally order and get my meal with 3 cookies missing from the meal and a chocolate milk. Well once I get everything I sit down to eat with my children just to get asked to get up since the managers needed that table! !!! I was furious at this point and they could only ask me they can help me move. . They needed the table since it was closer to an outlet. Really an outlet! Apparently they are hiring since they can't keep probably good help. What really was more disturbing is that she the manager approached my children speaking to them in Spanish! They speak English and so should she the manager. Well also this McDonald's is very dirty at the fountain drink area. I really don't recommend this McDonalds to anyone. Go to the competitor they may do better.

I never write reviews so take my word for it this mcdonalds sucks..especially in the morning. They never open on time and they forget your order if your not paying attention. Not recommended.

I don't normally write reviews... but everytime I come here they are closed, they list that they are 24 hours which isn't the case because they close any where from 10 p.m until 12 a.m. They never answer their phones and will let you sit in the drive-thru until you speak to them. Extremely unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

Food:

The play place lights were dimmed which made the place look dull and depressed. The area also felt humid. Place needs to be cleaned and lights need to be replaced!!!!! Don't being your toddler here.
