12/13/2015 4:46 pmYou can order the Oreo Frap but they dont make it anymore, had to wait 10 minutes for my refund. And mean while the horse looking manager is getting pissed at the person who rung me up. Its not his fault that the dumb management didnt take it off. Ignorant and hard to deal with management. |

07/27/2014 5:01 amThis is the worst service I have ever received in my life. We ordered 2 burgers, large fries, 2 drinks, and a happy meal with drink. We received one bag with burgers and small fries. We waited for the rest and the guy opened the window and looked at us like we were stupid. We told him we were waiting on our drinks and happy meal. They gave us the wrong drinks. We politely asked them to fix it and the manager got an attitude with us. They finally gave us the correct drinks and closed the window. We waited. The woman manager opened the window back up wanting to know what the problem was. We told her we were waiting on the happy meal. She then proceeded to argue with us about only ordering one happy meal. We said yes, we did order only one... and we're still waiting on it. She slammed the window shut and rolled her eyes and puffed air. As we were still waiting for the happy meal we discovered all the burgers were wrong. My husband went inside to get it fixed and the manager basically threw our burgers at him and walked off, as though their complete incompetency issues were our fault and we should just have dealt with the incorrect order. She walked off and never said sorry, or even acknowledged their total disregard for our order. Fortunately, my husband is a respectable figure in our community and he never showed his frustration. I have never seen such laziness, incompetency, and complete lack of respect for customers (especially coming from the management) in my life. They need to fire everyone who works at this restaurant and start over with employees and managers who don't have a chip on their shoulder and are competent enough to flip burgers and read orders correctly. |
