Mcdonald's, Chesapeake, Virginia Restaurant Details

Food:

I reported this McDonalds location to their customer service site due to repeatedly getting badly burnt food every morning. Do not order a McMuffin type meal on weekday mornings around 7:30am. The cooks do not care how badly they prepare the food. English muffin is regularly burnt as well as the egg. This is not an accident. No one could accidentally miss it. Will see if Google allows my picture of my breakfast from this location to be added in the photos section. It definitely doesn't look like the pretty food that comes from the standard McDonalds photo lineup.

The national site wrote me back saying they had reported my issues to the local owner and that I would be getting a communication from them.

Update: local owner called. He is going by to see if the toaster is broken or if more training is needed, etc. so increasing from one star.

Negative stars for Google taking my picture down after putting it up.

Update 3.3.2016 it's 7 PM and no that many people inside the McDonald's, matter fact only two costumers waiting for their meal while I'm still waiting to order my meal. It took 10 min for person to show up. By then I just got mad and frustrated. Those workers at the McDonald's don't care that people have thinks to do.

Clean, very quick and order was correct. Staff seems a little distracted, but still polite. Good, hot food. Love the chicken sandwich with pickles.

Rude staff, incorrect meal repeatedly. One of my friends got hired and a chick pulled out a bag of sausage and flies flew out and so he walked out on his first day. Disgusting unsanitary and needs a health inspector to investigate.

This location not clean has food and drink from years ago stuck to the side of the machines and nats and roaches.
