You only get one refill. That's not I'm loving it. Well they did exchange my fries that were old and cold for fresh hot ones

This place is small and often crowded with loud kids from the nearby schools.
Service is slow and they don't give refills on drink. What's up with that?! Everyone gives free refills these days.
If you do have to have McDonald's I recommend you head a mile south to the one at Foster and Kedzie. It's larger, their service is much quicker and you get free refills.
The only reason to visit this McDonald's is for the kids play area.

This place is horrible. They never get my order right, and their fries is always stale. Horrible! I'll give it 0 star if I could.

Playplace was the reason I came here, but was disapointed. The play maze is difficult for small children to navigate, my 2 year-old could not reach any slides, on top of it the design makes it impossible for me to climb with him to show him the way. The service was slow and ice cream equipment was out of service

Food:

"No car, no order. It's illegal, my friend.." Are you serious?! It's illegal?! It's ridiculous!
I live nearby and come here often. There are many impolite and inattentive employees, but denial of service...
To be fair, just once I was served by senior employee(manager?), who very quickly, carefully and politely did the job.
