French fries were soggy and not even cooked. If you can't produce during lunch you don't send them out like that. YUK. Will never go back...I don't eat there but once a year if that and today I just felt like some french fries and got them through the drive thru. Should have checked
YOu need to cook them so they are crunchy on the outside and golden not white and soggy.

Terrible we were in a rv and the manager refused the service ... Worst worst worst ever service recieved at macdonalds stay away from this location.

I ordered a 20 piece McNuggets and a Medium French Fry. The promotion at the time was a chance to wiin an XBOX ONE if I purchased a medium fry. However, I was given a container with no peel off for a chance to win and XBOX ONE. I wouldn't have even ordered a medium fry if I knew I wasn't going to have a chance at the promotion. What a rip off!!!

Time, and time again, I give this location the opportunity to improve on their customer service. Yet every time I find the experience lacking. So again, for the 3rd or 4th time, I am again left without a receipt for my order. It is not the responsibility of the customer to request a receipt for their purchase, it is the obligation of the seller to provide a receipt. The franchise owner needs to make it a policy to provide their customers with a proof of purchase. I am sick and tired of using the drive thru, returning home, and finding myself without a receipt.

I had the exact same problem again! I was not given a receipt and my game pieces for the Monopoly contest were removed from my Large Fry! This is unacceptable!
