Every time I have been there they messed up my order. EVERY TIME. They're either lazy or incompetent or both. Have some pride in your work, even if you don't like it.

Went to work at 3:30 am and decided to go through the drive-thru on the way. Purchased a double quarter pounder meal and of course the fries were ancient but what really bothered me was that when I got to work I noticed I received a little something extra on the bun... specs of something... maybe ceiling pieces? I wasn't sure so I called the place and asked if they had changed their buns? The manager asked if they were sesame seeds, "nope" I answered, "well then I don't know what it is" she replied. "If you can bring it back, we'll replace it", I told her I was at work now and that wasn't possible. At least she offered to replace my next meal. Needless to say, I threw out the mystery burger.

The food and decor (for the most part) are pretty consistent whichever McDonalds I go to plus I haven't been on the inside yet. What stood out for me was the service and being in food business and multiple customer service jobs, that is what is most important to me. I moved close this this location recently and since the first day ordering from this location, it has been the BEST experience I've had from McDonalds and even from ANY fast food for that matter. The employees are the friendliest and most efficient. Even when they messed up something (human error...nobody's perfect), they fixed it immediately and even compensated if needed. Love this location! HIGHLY recommended.

I came here on my bike. I wish they had a bike rack, but I was still able to tie it to the fence :). I went inside and ordered a double cheeseburger and a chocolate sundae. The cashiers were very helpful and inviting, and the other employees were direct and charming. I hadn't really gone to fast food that much on my own, but the cashier was able to help me out with swiping my debit card and stuff. Call me a newb, but it was my fault really. I even accidentally sat in a handicapped chair, and only noticed a minute later I was. They didn't bother to yell at me and tell me to move though, which was nice (even though I still moved). The service was excellent and fast, the value was just right (double cheeseburgers are normally $1.19 right xD? I thought McDoubles were the $1.00 ones), the food was great (even though the cheeseburger was a little hot!), and the atmosphere was superb. There was nothing ugly, and it was nice seeing couples and families sitting at the window seats.
