Very disappointing!! Flies and gnats are everywhere!! Mens restroom is just plain disgusting. Me personally I give this location a negative 5!!

Polite and courteous employees. Our order was ready in a decent amount of time. But the workers... We got there at 3 minutes till close, and they were all still busy at work. One young man even held the door for another patron, saying that the lobby hadn't closed yet since we were there. Few places stay open like that, till actual closing time.

Horrible staff, service,food... bad experience waited more than 20 min... finally cancelled my order and went down the road to whataburger

Horrible service as usual!! Fortunately for them, they are the closest McDonald's to me, so on occasion I will give them another chance, only to be extremely disappointed time and time again.
One of my meals was not in the bag. I have complained SO many times about the service and product at this location, the district manager has given me his personal contact information to use whenever I was given horrible service. I never used it but appreciated the gesture, I wish I had kept his phone number, because I am going on 30 minutes of a constant busy signal. How they have managed to stay open all this time is beyond me. I cant stand this location.
