Bad drive thru service really bad.!

The store is pathetic I waited 20 minutes in the drive-through just to get a simple order of coffee. Stores in New Mexico would never of gotten away with this the owners would've fired everybody.

Never have anything. Unsweetened tea out. Apple pie out. You still have 2 hours before you close.

I ordered an asian salad using the drive-thru. The salad is accompanied by a small packet of Blue Diamond sliced & toasted almonds, and the dressing is Newman's Own All-Natural Low-Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing. At the pickup window, (after paying for the salad) I was told there was no sesame dressing. I also did not get the toasted almonds. Had the staff mentioned I would be paying $5.79 for a tossed/garden salad, I would have ordered that instead. I'm sure at the time you place your order, the team knows what they have on hand, and should share that with you.

This has to be THE WORST MCDONALD'S IN THE WORLD!

SERVICE IS ALWAYS HORRIBLE, BAD BAD BAD ATTITUDES, DIRTY RESTAURANT, CLOSE THEM DOWN OR SHAPEN UP! WE DON'T NEED A MCDONALDS LIKE THIS IN OUR COMMUNITY!

The worst attitudes and slowest most incompetent drive thru staff I have ever seen!

Did I mention BUGS IN THE RESTAURANT? We have seen COCKROACHES IN THERE FROM HOW DIRTY THE PLACE IS. I've also seen beetles. The staff is just provides such bad service to it's customers and I avoid any mcdonalds when I can because if this location is run this way, what's to say that other McDonalds can't get away with the same disgusting service and filth.

AVOID THIS RESTAURANT - IT IS DISGUSTING IN TOO MANY WAYS! INSULTING SERVICE AND NASTY DIRTY TABLES AND FOOD LEFT OUT INVITING BUGS AND RODENTS! I remember reading that McDonalds uses RAT MEAT for their burgers, this would be a great place to get the RATS from - THIS IS A DISGUSTING LOCATION!
