I am a manger at this specific mcdonalds. Which manager are you talking about?

When I go to this McDonalds this Mexican manager, she's short with dark skin color. She gives the wrost customer service there is to the customer. When he calls out the food she yells and scream. She also yells at her own staff when ever she's the one that making the mistake. I think that no crew member should be working with her. When kids from Roosevelt come and ask her for water she gives them a mean look. I thought that McDonalds was supposed to put customer first, how come this McDonalds manager doesn't.
