I agree with the past comments the employees are very poorly trained! The only reason I come back is because my daughter loves the indoor playground. Goodluck finding a clean table to sit at. It's never clean! |

04/17/2016 8:26 pmThis McDonald's is nothing but poor service and bad attitude combined with crummy, lacking technology. The employees are incompetent and frequently forget orders. There's no PA in the drive thru so you have to look at the menu then drive forward to order. The public wifi doesn't work and no one has any answers. Please go to any other Mcds, this one is garbage. |

03/24/2016 2:05 amThe female manager that took care of us today has such a bad attitude. She is being mean to the other employees. Calling them trash and having really bad behavior towards them. They didn't say anything because I was on front but they don't seem happy with such manager. They are being bullying at work even the special needs employee, He shouldn't be going thru that. How's that even possible. It's not fair for them and for the costumers. Was such an awful experience having to hear and experience this with my 4 yr old. He just said Mom she has a bad attitude. |

01/28/2016 4:35 pmThis location has very poor service and poorly trained employees. They constantly forget sauces/condiments even after they ask you what sauce you would like. They forget to include straws for your beverages. On multiple occasions they forgot the chocolate milk in my happy meal. It is extremely frustrating especially when you have children in the car and have to take them all out of their carseats and go inside to get sauce/straws/etc.There is a double drive-thru lane, last week the order taker told me to "hold on one sec" and then never returned to take my order, but several cars in the other drive thru lane had their orders taken. This location is ridiculous, it is 2 mins from my house, so unfortunately we go there often, but it has been there for over a year or so now and they STILL have not gotten it together. |

10/25/2015 10:07 amI give this place 3 instead of 1 stars because I honestly think it is management's fault and not the regular employees. They understaff big time. Putting all the stress on one person to run the front, drive through, and the line. I've heard the front of house employees asking the manager for help several times with no answer... he just sat back in the office while 4+ customers sat in line impatiently. |
