Really, McDonalds....you ran out of ketchup and served cold fries. Still not getting it right. Wasted my money. So sad. Wish I had read the reviews first. Would have went to Burger King!

Yeah. I really don't like those place. Everything I went there, I saw a long line of drive-thru cars want for lunches. and instead I dine in. My chicken mcnuggets one of them part of unchewable stuff in my one nugget and drink is I got a sprite, but wasn't taste very good. I swear never go to place again!!!!

No coffee hot sleeves, three of us burned our hands. Iced coffee blender? right next to register. When turned on, customers can't hear front staff and vice versa. . However, they gave us 14 packages of catsup, apparently for use with hash browns.

Been by late at 1 am twice on Saturday night and no one will answer the drive through or answer the windows they are playing around

This McDonald's hit a new LOW today in providing bad service! Reminded me again why we stopped visiting this particular store. Service is always bad, order is always incorrect, calling the store to complain yields more heartache than doing good. Today we had a large order which they botched and when we called to complain, manager Sandra, she defended her incompetent employees actions and refused to replace the whole order and stated that "usually we don't have problems with our customers".
