Worst McDonalds I've ever been to run by tweakers with bottom of the barrel types making the food your better off going to the burger king in Havelock better food and way better service!

1st time: I'm one of three cars in the drive-thru. I ordered two sausage egg and cheese biscuits. I was in a hurry and didn't check the contents of the bag before driving off. When I opened the bag, there was a plain burger (meat and bun) and a plain Big Mac (meat, lettuce and bun), and a small order of rubbery fries. Also, it's the worst service I've really ever seen at a McDonald's. The lady at the window didn't say one word to me.

2nd time: 2-days later. Again, tried to order two sausage egg and cheese biscuits. This time, I checked the bag. Wrong again. Handed it back, and was met with an eye roll.

It's fast food, people. Not rocket surgery. If you can't do this job correctly, please go pump gas.

Caught managers smoking pot and meth outside in the parking lot. And also sleeping in the car while the drive through was very busy.

Their machine that makes all of their drinks were down at 630pm and the coffee was luke warm/not made correctly. They didn't try and compensate for the fact their machine was down and would also not honor the free drink coupon my girlfriend had

I do not know what they do to their fries to give them such a nasty taste but I wish they would go back to the old way of cooking them. Cold, hard and dry fries are not appetizing!!!
