Love McDonald and so do the kidos

One of the cleanest McD's in the city most of the time. Friendly cashiers and managers. Of the few that don't screw up every time this is one of them.

Food:

I drove through after midnight. Lindsay waited on me. She was polite and friendly. My order was right on. I had no trouble at all. I was happy to see a 24 hour McDonald's. Amber is sweet and has excellent customer service skills.

the service was horrible, we got our order wrong, she dropped our change and didn't even say sorry. overall the worst McDonalds ever!

Horrible experience. I stopped going there almost a year ago. Thought maybe things would have changed. Apparently not. I pulled up to the drive thru, no one else was there except for a customer in the other lane. I guy in the drive through recites a total of 11 dollars. I told him I havent ordered yet. It sounds like there was a lot of horse play going on, because I could here what they were doing. He finally asks me to "take my time and order when I was ready". I ordered. I waited 5 minutes for a response. So I drive up. Waited some more. Long story short, they had gotten my order wrong not once, not twice, not even three times, but four times. Pathetic.
