Drive thru at night takes the "fast" out of fast food... Ridiculous!!!

I sat in the line with the same 5 people for 20 minutes. The line doesn't move at night. And I had already cooked I was just stopping to grab something small to hold me over. They have this small ramp that traps u in and the only thing they say is, "we've been busy". I asked, "doing what??"

The worst McDonald's in the world, I have been in Mc across the state an world wild an now I can say this the worst one in the whole world, the employed are so rood like they give u the food out from there own money they didnt know that u pay there freaking sallery, they should change the whole staff for this one, they always miss up oredrs they dont give u alwayes what u actually order, and i dont want to check up in my food each time i go there,

One of the Best McDonald's restaurants in town. 24 hours, great service (they may speak broken English, but they can easily understand you and you can understand them enough to get an order through. They also have a nice little lounge area with camera security, rotating(but not moving) seats, tiled floor, outdoors-y decor, and a lot of windows to see the traffic passing by and the trees around the store. Stands out from other McDonald's restaurants in the area.

This McDonald's is officially on the Black List (I mean that in two ways). I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER go here again. I will go to the other McDonald's by ODU before I will go there. I had a few bad experiences before, but I brushed them off and I was pretty understanding, until one day the girl gave me the wrong change. She shorted me by 10 dollars. And I did not realize it until I looked in my wallet and realized she cheated me. So I immediately called the restaurant to tell them that they made a mistake, and the girl was so ready to get off of the phone with me, she told me she would check and did not even ask me my phone number. So I had to offer that to her, then she called me back like an hour later and told me that the register was not short. Now, I may be a lot of things, but a lousy counter is not one of them. lol. So I went onto the McDonald's website and filed a complaint. I called the number and filed a complaint over the phone after the girl told me I wouldn't get my money. Then I wanted to come up there in person and the GHETTO-EST girl came from the back and her and I got into a screaming match after she called her boss and basically was talking about me right in my face to her boss. So UNPROFESSIONAL. She walked off and went in the back after telling me I wouldn't get my money. So I had to call the number again and complain. I also filled out a second complaint online, too. Then, the regional manager called me and to my utter surprise, was just as rude!! She told me the register was not short, duh, because it's sitting somewhere else other than the register. How in the hell does 10 whole dollars disappear in 20 minutes. I don't think so. Why would I go out of my way to do something dishonest. I told her I come here all the time and I'd been going to this place for years. So she basically just told me she would give me my money to appease me, no I'm sorry, no nothing. Just, we counted the register, it wasn't short, you're wrong, end of story. So I went and got the money, and I will never ever ever ever go here again. The never answer the phone either. I knew, and I hate to say this, I had to call one in the white area to get them to answer the phone so that I could call and complain to customer service about the ghetto black one in my area. FYI I am black. lol. Use the one further down the road. Love the ODU one. The students know how to treat you better and are NICE all the time. Now I will say, there are a few employees that are really nice at this one, it's unfortunate they have such a ghetto manager.
