Why do you always have to request a napkin when you purchase a drink or especially an ice cream cone?

Food:

I've gone here and got fries that had been under the heat lamp (might how have even been on) beyond their freshness. They were extremely soggy and cold. When I wrote the complaint on the McDonald's site the district manager wrote an apology and just said they'll look into the problem after I told them there was no way I was consuming that garbage.

I've never gone here and there not be something wrong or missing in my food. The workers are almost never happy and I don't suggest leaving without double checking your order

Honestly, I'm already being generous by giving it 1 star.

One of the best mcdonalds in the city. I have never had a problem there
