Mcdonald's, Punta Gorda, Florida Restaurant Details

Most of the time we have problems. Inconsistent. One time they forgot a sandwich. Told me to pull over to wait for it. After 10 minutes, I pulled back around. They girl realized she forgot about me as she was carrying a conversation with other employees. I can see why she forgot. Van full of hungry kids. 15 min trip to McDonald's.

Food:

Stopped in for lunch and went through the drive thru. The wait was kind of long, but it turns out that was because the girl taking the orders at the first window was so sick she could hardly speak. At the second window, they told me it would be a minute then asked me to pull ahead a little bit. A few minutes later, a woman comes out carrying a bag, but instead of coming to my car, she goes to parking space off to the side. When she sees that no one is in it, she comes to me:

Her: "Are you the one waiting for food? I checked that car over there but there's no one in it and that's the spot reserved for people waiting."
Me: "Yes, I'm waiting. I didn't know that spot was for waiting, the girl at the window just told me to pull ahead."
Her: "Oh. Well in that case I need you verify everything you ordered."

And she made me do so down to the last extra pickle on my cheeseburger.

Basically, if she hadn't thought to check the car waiting where her coworker had told the car to wait, she would have given away my food to someone else.

I will not be coming back to this one unless I'm desperate. There's a Burger King, Arby's, Waffle House, and a couple of Subways closeby. I'll go anywhere else before I come back to this one.

They already make enough money on soda, why does my soda barely have any taste??? Use the proper amount of syrup!!!
