Place is beat up, Restroom was gross.
College students were being told to leave for being in the place for more than 30 min.
Sign posted inside says must consume food and leave within 30 min.
Management response to homeless problem ?
Teenager took a couple tokes from a number while sitting at a table in the corner.
Besides all that, food provided had all the signs of having been sitting around for at least an hour before serving it. Service was so slow it was trying on patience.
1 person running register didn't know how to process bonus coupon offer provided by elderly man in line. Rude person behind him didn't understand the girl at the register was causing the delay, said "Stupid Old Man!" really loud; and stormed out of the building slamming open the door. Manager on duty did nothing to help. No one working at the place apologized or made amends for the verbal abuse the elderly gentlemen was subjected to.
Soft drink machine provided watered down sodas, lack of concern to replenish soda mix canisters or management wanting to save money ?
Felt sorry for students that were refused time to sit and talk.
This is what the corporations provide after forcing all the mom and pops diners out of business. Overall by the time H freezes over I will never return to give this dump another dollar. Please Carl's save us !

Worst fast food place I've ever been to. Now normally I'm not the kind of person to complain about fast food or anything else, but this place was just that horrible. The seats were falling apart, they messed up our order in 3 different ways, the food was going bad, the employees were extremely and unusually rude and the whole place was filthy. Now let me break it down and explain why exactly it was so terrible. My boyfriend, his mother ,sister, her boyfriend our friend and I all went to Reno for a wedding. We decided it was too expensive to eat at Circus Circus and opted for McDs. We walk in and the cushions are literally hanging from the seats, its scorching hot, every single table was dirty and there was flies everywhere!! We then sit down and discuss our order and then wait in a long line of people with only one person at the register. We finally come up and order 2 20 pieces, a chicken club meal, some fries and drinks and sweet and sour sauce. I had also asked for pickles on the side. The whole time we order the lady at the register and this horrible look on her face and continually rolled her eyes and interrupted us. When we received our order there was no pickles on the side, they had given us tangy BBQ instead of sweet and sour and our friend's chicken club had rotting tomato and lettuce on it. We then returned to the counter and nicely requested they fix the problem. The manager got right on it and repeatedly told the employee to replace the lettuce and tomato as requested. When everything was finally fixed we went to eat our meal when our friend discovered they had not given him a tomato at all. By then we had gotten fed up and just left it as is. After we were done a couple of us went to use the restroom. I walked into the women's room and there was garbage everywhere. I then went to walk into a stall and the door literally hit the toilet before opening even half way. I then went into the other stall that had garbage spread across the whole floor. After that we left and just couldn't get over how horrible the place was. We will never go here again. Next time we will just get snacks from a gas station.
