Relatively low quality even for McD's and in an area with a homelessness problem. Generally nothing to recommend it over other nearby locations.

Amalia Sandoval is a poor train "manager" that has no clue on how to handle a situation were clearly the customer is always right, were as in any other person with the right training could have solve the situation in a wonderful fashion maybe is the lack of knowledge in the ownership, but this MC Crap should be highly avoid at all cost. Rude an ignorant employes with a real lack of any kind of the customer is always right catering. Maybe owners is in it just for the profit. Food cold, dry an looks old.

I'm not sure how McDonald's decided which stores should get to sell their new menu items, and which locations should be skipped, but after seeing several billboards and a big McD's truck with pictures of their new fries and chicken nugget flavors, we were very disappointed to hear that this Reno spot doesn't carry either the buffalo or parmesan ranch flavors.

I'm guessing that the fries are dusted in seasoning. I have no idea though, because after driving for hours and seeing their ads, we were never able to buy the fries. Perhaps I'll get motivated to hit up a drive through around home and see what the new potato sticks look like.

Service at the counter was pleasant. We didn't end up ordering anything but did ask if they had a veggie burger on their menu. They do not. (Is Burger King the only fast food place that sells one? And a good one!) We left to find somewhere else to eat, and walked past the people sitting out front in the shade near the entrance asking for money. They didn't look homeless, more like the sort of people that don't plan to buy food with that gifted money. I'm surprised the McDonald's staff allows them to sit there.
