Mcdonald's, Reno, Nevada Restaurant Details

Food:

Wokers there are rude as hell. Especially ones named Britney, Chardae and Thomas. This place is completely and utterly repulsive. Customer service sucks ass. The workers are fat and lazy and the orders are never correct. Won't be going there ever again.

management is rude and nasty! they take their time getting food orders. the play area is always disgusting and one time I asked a worker to go in and clean the inside because a child had peed and she said well I don't work this area . I said why are you cleaning in it then and she said let me get someone on that but it took half an hour later.

I came to this McDonald's because they seem to be the only location in Reno with wifi and a playground. I was hoping to get some work done on the laptop while the kids played and ate. I do not have a working battery on my laptop. I asked for an outlet and an employee shouted, "this isnt an at&t!" Very rude! The place was dirty, the drink area was not properly stocked and the food was slow. Not only were they rude and unprofessional but if McDonald's is going to offer wifi, they should also have a few available outlets for people to be able to plug their laptops into. I know Starbucks does! !
