I'm very disappointed in management customer service skills. I had problems with my food three week prior to my yesterday's visit. Before then I called and made a complaint about it to the evening manager. He was very polite and seemingly concerned about the issues. He told me he was going to put my name in the book and the next time I came in, he would replace my meal, well I went there on yesterday, my name was not in the book. I explained the situation to both managers on duty and I was treated as if I was a liar and trying to get a free meal. I just told them to forget it and I left. I didn't appreciate it and I won't be visiting that particular restaurant again.

Horrible experience. This place is low class and the workers are unprofessional and rude!!! I ordered a fish sandwich and when i got to the window there tried to give me a mcchicken. I told them i ordered a fish sandwich and they made me pull in the parking lot. Instead of just changing my food and me paying them the difference she walks out with a mc chicken and trys to give it to me . i told her to give me my refund and she got very rude and said to come in and get and walked of. Disrespectful aholes.

Slow. Not friendly. Dirty tables and floor. Don't even get me started on the rest room

Bought chicken club sandwiches tonight,worse chicken sandwiches ever,Had no bacon on either sandwich,burnt black onions on the grilled chicken sandwich.Just reminded me why I don't do MacDonalds.Crying for my $23.Don't try call the store,the number on the receipt does not work.Fed up!!!

Just got a big Mac, bacon egg and cheese mcmuffin, and my son a kids meal. Service sucked, big Mac had nothing on it. Only 2 burgers and bread. No lettuce or even pickles, the mcmuffin had like an inch of lettuce and no egg. Then the kids meal, we asked for water and instead they gave us coke, we asked they change it and she got all angry and started cussing. Also put fries had no salt. Very dissatisfied.
