Clean with a large play place with a bathroom in the play place. Food is still normal McDonald's

Employees are unprofessional, food quality is always subpar, and with all the times I have been here, I've only gotten what I ordered once. They forget to give me the right food.

This is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever ever had/ been to. Not only did they give me a hot and spicy in my happy meal, they gave us cold fries with our meal. They got our drink order wrong as well. When I went back, they asked me to hand over my fries and then came back with a "different" container of them. They flash fried them and handed them back. Still limp and greasy. After all of this .... I get home and not only to find one, but two chicken nuggets with bone or tendon in them and one that was black. I will never ever go back ever again. I should have trusted my gut feeling when I drove up and went somewhere else.

Twice in a row, horrible service and customer service. First time was sunday, inside purchase and "lost" my order for 35 mins.

Today, no greeting, no customer service at all. Requested to purchase a kiddie cone for 3 year old and paid 1.20 usd for a regular cone and ice cream half way filled.

They request 15 usd an hour yet take no pride in their job, the company, or the customers. Can not recommend this place to anyone.

The kid area had old poop on the seat and smelt of urine. Got it, kids are dirty, I know, I have two. However, if the staff took 5 mins to look and clean sometime in the last 6 hours they would have seen it.

The staff seems to never get the orders right and the restrooms and play place are extremely digusting.
