Mcdonald's, San Antonio, Texas, American Restaurant Details

Food:

Went to the drive thru and ordered my #3 breakfast meal. Pulled up to the window to pay and the manager that took my order did not acknowledge me as i gave her payment. She licked her fingers to return my cash to me without saying anything still. I told her thank you and she still didn't say anything. Wth?!? Pulled up to the next window to grab my food and the employee was very friendly and very nice. Food was good. Just don't understand why a Manager or Supervisor wouldn't want to be as friendly as possible in order to ensure repeat customers, but then again this is a McDonald's.....

Food:

Fast, mostly unhealthy food, but good enough for a quick lunch. The drive thru at lunch time is fairly quick.

The drive through line moved quickly and the cashier was very friendly. My order was correct, fresh and hot.

My little girl and love to play here at this location it's a wonderful place if you have children get them tired take them home and then fall asleep pretty quick and fast as they take a bath

just left this McDonalds. they did not put my 20 piece nugget in my order, I nocked on the window to tell them before I drove off, first they said the nuggets where in the bag. I told them they where not in there. then they ask to see my receipt to see if ordered nuggets. hello if you put them in the bag already you should of know that I order them. then manager MR.MJ said that they had gave us our 20 piece in the bag I explained to him they did not give me my 20 piece he said there was nothing he could do. Mr. MJ the manager was very rude and racially profiled me and my family cause we are Hispanic. we came all the way out of Fort Sam Base to get supper for my family and this is the way we get treated. Will never go back to this McDonalds again. maybe I sould of read the reviews before going there. they have nothing but bad reviews. but what really surprised me is when the manager said there was nothing he could do and shut the window on us. So I went around and got a full refund for the mess they tried to sever us.
