Mens room sink out of order, first didnt work then sprayed water everywhere. There was no warning sign either.

This McDonald's ALWAYS gets my orders wrong. No exaggeration. I will no longer stop here. Instead I'll be going to the one at 1604 and Bulverde. Nice enough people but they can't get an order right to save their lives.

First customer in at 6am, hot as heck at least 80 degrees. I mentioned how hot it was and the employee just said she didn't know. Tables were cleared but not wiped down. Ketchup dispenser wasn't cleaned and was empty, ketchup all dried and stuck on spout etc. Overall just felt like they had no opening or closing procedure to clean the place.

Great McDonald's. The burgers are always pretty close to the pictures. And the fries always taste like they were made with fresh oil and taters.

Went through the drive thru and watched the two drive thru workers have a conversation. They finally noticed me and had to ask what my order was all over again. Bad service.
