The food and service is normally good at this location. I haven't had any real problems here. The service is a little better than most McDonald's but I did notice that the price at this McDonald's is a little higher than most in San Antonio.

It's a great place to get food. The people are really nice. It also a nice place for the family. It's always full of life. But I got to say service is slower around 4:30pm.

Now that McDonald's serves breakfast at night, I was craving a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. I called several locations and was told they would not serve biscuits as they are not part of the limited selection they serve all day. I called and spoke with Maria and she went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. She just convinced me that this is my favorite location with the best customer service.

Food:

Ordered a egg white mcmuffin meal with an orange juice that I was upcharged for. The orange juice was WARM. This couldn't be ok for handling and storing food. I'll definitely be contacting health services because this can't be the only thing they aren't keeping at appropriate temperatures.
