Mcdonald's, San Antonio, Texas, American Restaurant Details

I went there yesterday and wasign about 5 minutes in line for them to tell me that the ice cream machine has been broken they should at least put up a sign and the kids play room smell disgusting and was disgusting

I don't know but compare to other McDonald my experience here would be a 5 stars also, New and fresh looking decoration, nice service, tho yeah couple light bulb in front of the cash counter are out but seems I've get my homework done, ill give here a 5 stars.

We just went thru the drive thruthru and Andrea took our order... she was absolutely great!!! We had questions about the peanut toys and she helped us complete ours sons collection even if they we're busy she promptly helped us with a smile. Super Star Andrea!

Everytime I come to this location, i go through drive thru and there is a girl who never greets her customers as they pull up to the second window. She just hands you the food and shuts the window. No good morning, no smile NOTHING. That is not good customer service at all! I suggest that she should have never applied if she dont like her job. PLUS the orange juice is always watered down and taste HORRIBLE!

Used to be the McDonalds to goto but not lately..... Zbest MDS to hit up on the southside is on Roosevelt.
