Poor service they just gave my kids happy meal fried was over cook my Hamburg was raw i when I called the manager was rude they need better cooks n better magment

Disgusting..The service was horrible made me wait 30 minutes just cause no one knew who was on the register I was quiet and patient then I go t my order and it literally tasted like suer the cheese looked old and dry had white mold on it. I'll do everything I can to see a full on inspection in this place

The service is consistently horrible. Just flat out terrible. Takes forever to get your food. The owner should be ashamed. Corporate should hear about this and I think I'll let them know.

Ever since the remodel of this Mcdonalds, the service has been wonderful. Everyone always smiles at me and it just looks like everyone is happy to be there and i love that! :) this is a great mcdonalds

I'm 9 months pregnant. Stopped here today to get a Double cheese and small fry. Waited in line for 20 minutes. Get to the window and ask can I get a cup of water for the wait. Was told that I would have to pay .30 for a small or regular price for a large. This was by the Manager. I wasted more gas in that line than it would have been to give me a cup of water in 98 degree weather!! I have managed restaurants for 5 years and NEVER have I ran into an establishment that conducts their customer service in such a blantly rude and disregarding manner. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!! Also when I finally arrived home which is less than 10 minutes away my fries were Extremely hard!!! Called the store and the line has been busy so it looks like I'm going to have to drive back up there!! I am sooooo pissed
