Why doesn't anyone wear their hair in a ponytail!?!?!?! Absolutely disgusting! I seen one girl scratching her head, like scratching hard, and then bagging food, and making fries! Ew! Fr By counter girl was RUDE! All they care about is their paycheck! Not costumer service, cleanliness, or speed of service! They don't deserve to be paid higher than minimum wage! Horrible all around!

Food:

I'm in the club of reviews that would rank this location at a -5. To be as blunt as I possibly can be, this McDonald's is HORRIBLE and DISGUSTING.

Lets start with the food. Even when you they get your order right, the consistency is a crap shoot. At best you get served food that is at a proper holding temperature. You are more likely to get food that has been re-fired or double dipped. If you do get fresh food, its under cooked and rushed. Sitting in the dining room the other day, I even witnessed a customer come back inside to complain that his muffin had mold on it. MOLD folks!

Moving on to cleanliness. For those of us that like to sit down to eat in the dining room, this is where this locations really shines. Good luck finding a clean table. It doesn't matter what time of the day, or how busy they are. Interestingly enough, it has been my experience that the slower they are, the more likely all the tables are dirty. This will make sense to you more when I describe the staff later in this post. Aside from dirty tables, some things that are consistent anytime you sit in the dining room are FRUIT FLIES and garbage around the condiment and soda area, overflowing garbage containers, and food all over the floors under the tables. Like I said before, it doesn't seem to matter what time of the day or how busy they are. These are conditions that ALWAYS exist.

Now for the grand finale, lets review the staff. With the exception of a very few, this staff is basically a collection of immature thug teenagers and a collection of over grown immature thug managers. It's a free for all. Sitting in the dining room in the morning, and the customers are subject to the managers yelling across the kitchen to the point that it is unbearable. This is about the only time i feel sorry for the staff there. Nobody should have to go to work and be treated like this. My sympathy stops there though. By and large the attitude of the staff is indifferent. Its a social club and the customers are interrupting. Heaven forbid they get you order wrong and you complain. It's never their fault. This attitude comes from the top down. The managers don't care, so neither does the staff.

Things go down hill as the day progresses. Stop in in the afternoon or evenings when the top management is not around, and this place falls to pieces. LITERALLY. The lobby anytime in the evenings is the equivalent to a bombed out war city. The already unruly employees run the show now that there is no management present that can do anything about it. I have sat in the dining room and listened to employees cuss out the managers, only to come back in and see they are still working there.

Come in later in the night and it just all gets worse. Now the staff has really settled in to taking over the place. Employees taking breaks all over the dirty dining room with their friends. Employees eating food at the counter, and the list can go on and on. Usually by this time, the dining room looks like a nuclear waste land.

I know that I have, as well as others, complained to the upper management and franchise management. It seams to go on deaf ears. As long as they see profit I guess right? As someone who has spent their life in food service management, i have to say the Franchisees and the restaurant managers should really be hanging their collective heads in shame over this place.

Food:

Unfortunately this one is close, so when we do stop there just about everything is wrong. An only pickle and mayo burger(yeah not popular) becomes everything but.., it makes me question the intelligence of the cooks(even the grill slip being correct). And complaints are an annoyance(yes they can be) but, at some point you figure following direction and doing your job would limit those complaints...
The customer service on the other hand is even worse. If I could put a negative star, I would. This place and the people working there are horrid.

Food:

Never go here..I ordered 3 sandwiches 2 fries and a nugget and everything was cold..went back thru the drive thru n asked for fresh n they double dipped everything!I'm so mad right now..and the extremely rude employee didn't give me a receipt when I paid so I can't even complain to the website..don't let me forget to mention how long you have to wait to even place your order..my dogs wouldn't even eat the dbl dipped fries lmao!! This place is the worst for customer service and quality of food..

Worst Mc Donalds in the county, went in this mourning purchased 2 Burritto's and 2 Suasage Mc. Muffins, got home and burritos where hard as a rock and the muffins where not toasted. Needless to say I was upset went back to the Mc Donalds spoke with manager who was a little on the rude side,she order 2 new Buritto's and 2 Suasage Mc Muffins, she rudely ask me two them I did, muffins still not cooked, she say's oh the reason is because with breakfast all day they use a different toaster(Really) first of all my son worked at that McDonalds and they are to cheap too purchase a different toaster and second that's the dumbest thing I've heard, its the kind of answer you get from someone who obviously lacks in intelligents, and does not think highly of her customers.
