We had a range of guests in age range in our party and everyone enjoyed the food.
My only complaint that it was cumbersome for Guests in wheelchairs to be seated. The elevator is in the back of the restaurant (dining area is on the second floor), and the hosts won't seat party until all guests arrive to the podium. They took a while for the hosts to create a wheelchair accessible dining table once we all arrived.

Waited 15 minutes for my children's drink and 30 for my husband's and my drinks. Service was awful. Food was good but do not recommend it due to the lack of service. Also 30 minute wait and half of the tables were empty. Lack of servers and service. Don't waste your time here. Plenty of others great places to eat in Gatlinburg. First time I have ever had such deplorable service at a Mellow Mushroom.

We called in and made a pick up order. The food was wonderful however, the gentlemen I spoke with on the phone wasn't familiar with their menu. When we got back to our hotel the I notice that the "nacho" cheese I paid $3 for was beer cheese and I personally didn't like it. But other than that the food was great! It was $46 for a large pizza, small pizza and a half order of pretzels. Pricey but good!!

Went to mellow mushrooms and had prob the greatest waitress we have ever had anywhere. Her name was Jaymeca. She had a wonderful spirit about her and made our dining experiance a lot more enjoyable. If I had the cash to leave her a 4 figure tip I would have done so! She did a terrific job!!! I hope someone encourages her and let's her read this as well. Thank you and God bless!

Absolutely loved Mellow Mushroom! My first time there and it was an awesome! The place looked amazing, great pizzas and, in my opinion, Jenny is the Most Beautiful Waitress!! Thanks for an amazing first time!! Definitely worth driving 3 hours!
