Love this place! The sweet and sour chicken with fried rice is amazing!

The owners are rude and always in a hurry. They over charge and under serve. I didn't even get a fortune cookie with my to go order. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I am VERY picky about chinese food. Mencius shrimp and beef fried rice is the best I've ever had. Consistently good and economically priced.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. I went for lunch with a group of 6 & asked for a separate check 1st thing. Time comes to pay the bill & the waiter runs my debit card for the entire mount of the bill for the whole group. When I pointed out his mistake I specifically asked him if he handled it as he stated he would to fix the issue if I would be billed for the amount he had already run or the correct amount of the bill that should have been run to begin with. He stated that by him voiding the debit charge I was going to be billed only for the total of my bill. This morning I while on my bank's website I noticed that the entire amount had been deducted from my account. I decided to drive to the restaurant & handle the problem in person. That process took 30 minutes of my time to sit & wait only to be handed excuses as to why they could not handle the problem at that time. The manager was supposedly on her way in & she would have to go through the paperwork I was told. I left my phone number & the manager told me they would call me soon to let me know what they'd discovered. A little more than 4 hours later I called in to find out what was going on. By this time I am upset at the lack of professional behavior as well as the disrespect shown me by blowing me off. The manager that was to handle the problem was on the phone with me & handed out nothing but more excuses. Now I'm told that the owner has to fix the problem & that won't happen until sometime late in the day tomorrow. As I'm stating my case the manager keeps talking over me & cutting me off. She's is refusing to listen to me & continually speaking over me getting louder & louder saying the exact same thing over & over. I finally yell "I'm talking to you!!" & she hangs up on me. I will absolutely go in to speak to the owner tomorrow. I will absolutely make sure the issue is fixed. I will be sure to write about this issue on every site I can find to do that so that all you are warned to check your bills, check your bank statements & be sure that you're not lied to & over-charged as I was. BTW the rest of my party paid their end of the bill that day as well so this place has been paid double for the tab & doing nothing to fix their problems except hand out lame excuses & rude, unprofessional attitudes!! I will never, ever go back here. The food was NOT that great, prices were above average, & overall not worth the time or trouble.

Worst experience you can have at a restaurant! 1. Hair in our food! check!
2. Messed order by waiter! Check! 3. Waiter (Aaron) spills a bowl of sauce all over you and doesn't notice or give you something to clean yourself with or apologize after you tell him he spilled sauce all over you. Check! I rarely write reviews but this place took it to a new level of piss poor service! Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere. Food is bland, pan fried dumplings were terrible with their weird sauce stuck to the dumplings. Too bad Google doesnt have a 0 star rating!

Update, the owner had their cashier call me and offer me 20% off my next visit. No thank you! I will not visit this place ever again nor do i recommend anyone else to go here. Poor customer service is a reflection of poor ownership and leadership.
