03/11/2015 5:10 pmLove this place. Love the owners. I have some friends are very conscientious about their food intake. And I always bring them here. Not just for picky eaters, this place has something for all. Also, the fact that they've got a fantastic drink selection is nothing to scoff at. The unisex bathrooms show just how forward thinking this place really is. If you're looking for a new experience or if you've got a specialty eater you'd like to take somewhere special. Come here. |

11/26/2013 10:12 pmThe food at MERGE is amazing! I try something different each day...but in winter I am drawn to the inexpensive, delicious, and warming rice bowl. People with special dietary needs can always find something tasty that they can enjoy. Listening to live jazz while enjoying a wonderful meal and a glass of wine at Merge is about as good as it gets! It's a beautiful place with everchanging art, and great music scene....and the energy...terrific! |

05/23/2013 12:44 pmI have been to merge twice, and both experiences have been spectacular. The servers are very friendly and helpful. The decor inside is lovely, warm and comfortable. They have live music sometimes which enhances the environment. Last time I went there was live jazz and it was a great addition to the already wonderful environment inside the restaurant. The food is amazing, and although I am a vegan, the options would please anyone of any dietary preference. The menu changes seasonally, so I always look forward to going back to see what they've come up with. The cocktails are incredibly imaginative, and the wine and beer list is extensive. A trip to buffalo always includes a trip to merge for me! There is something for everyone, and it never gets old. It is definitely not your typical vegan restaurant- it's not just tofu and salads, like some may assume. The dishes are creative and prepared exquisitely. Everyone should visit merge!!! |
