I went there for the 1st time today and was extremely disappointed. After waiting 15 minutes and seeing about a dozen people who ordered after me get their orders, I inquired about my order and found out that they lost my order of two sundaes, which is completely unacceptable. To address this, they gave me one fresh sundae and a sundae that had been sitting on the counter half-melted.

It was great that they had a mother's day special, but disappointing that they did not have the management to successfully pull it off. One thing they can do differently is give a number to everyone that orders something, not just those that order food, that way nobody's order gets lost. Another thing they can do is have the orders be placed outside and the pickups occur inside or some sort of similar system setup. (Today, people placed orders outside, did not get a number unless they ordered food, and sat around waiting around the window. Some got their order right away, others waited for awhile like myself and were also expressing their disappointment openly.)

I wanted to contact the company, but there is no contact information on their web site.

Paid almost $14 for a plain hot dog small fry and a small milk shake. Worst meal I've ever eaten?

We get carry out about once a week and always love the food. My significant other is really picky about her veggie burgers and only gets them from Michael's. I love the mushroom provolone burger as well as their hot dogs. The food tastes fresh and is ready quickly even though it is cooked to order.

They have signs clearly stating parking for customers only. We have never gotten a ticket because we never leave our car their to go for a stroll or whatever other than to eat. Duh.

DO NOT GIVE MICHAEL'S FROZEN CUSTARD YOUR BUSINESS!!!
They call the parking police (who then ticket your car...$30 fine) even when, as what happened with us, you go across the street with the intention of getting an ice cream after. AND when we called to ask them why they called the Parking Police they were rude and refused to write a letter stating it was an error. We will never go there EVER again and urge others to boycott them.

food is OK. not worth money! commercials go towards weed & Drugs!! ""feel your "inner". makes me sick every time I see one!!! Quick change channel whenever ad is on!! don't Want kids seeing that Crap!!!!!
