Mission Bend Sicily Pizza, Houston, Texas Restaurant Details

Terrible service. I usually order at a different Pizza Fino, but this time I was in a HUGE rush so I ordered from this location without really checking. It was too far, and I will admit that was my fault. What wasn't my fault though was the fact that they waited almost an hour (51 minutes to be exact) to tell me this. I asked why they didn't call me earlier and he said, "well we have to look it up and..."

I then countered, "it shouldn't take an hour to do that though. You should look it up after an address looks suspicious, tell me like 1-10 minute(s) after I order so that I'll order from another place."

He then said, "well some other guy did that." I then asked if I could speak to the guy.

He said, "well he can't really talk..." Um... The guy who works there and isn't a cook can't talk on the phone?

I asked, "is he busy, I'll wait."

"Well he's not really busy but..." He isn't a cook, he isn't busy, so why can't he talk to me? I literally just hung up the phone. The only good thing about the conversation was that he said he would cancel the transaction.

Horrible service, got "served" by the crappy "manager" who made it seem like my business was an inconvenience for him. Will most definitely NOT be spending any more of my $ here. I would not recommend to ANYONE!

I highly recommend. Really FANTASTIC PIZZA! Each time I ordered, I was delivered within the deadlines. And I really appreciate it. More importantly, the pizzas are the best I ever had around here. And I was looking up their prices and couldn't believe the low rating. LOVE their pizzas... so delicious.

Absolutely terrible service,do your self a favor and dnt take out from,pizza fino, my pizza did not taste fresh,on top of not being the pizza I ordered, I also had a Philly that happened to be pretty good just too much bread for the portion,

At this price, you get a product that beats out ANY COMPETITION! Pizza how it should be! I must reiterate, pay this for any pizza in the whole city, and you will get less quantity, less quality. If you think I'm wrong, I would love to take you out for a pizza, if only just to see this place beat. The entrees are saucy, but they are authentically flavored, spices and ingredients from a saavy kitchen. I guess real cheese threw off the lame reviewers . When they hung a door tag at my house, Pizza Fino piqued my interest. Before I ordered out, I decided to take my fiancee to the storefront. The place is very small, but it is neat. We found the staff are nice without trying to lay it on too thick. It reminded us of a New York bodega!
