So, I popped into Uberrito and was worried. I feared the food would be as cheesy as the name. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased to know MRI didn't change anything but the name.

The service is still speedy and the staff still greet you as soon as you enter the door. The menu still includes burritos, tacos, salads and quesadillas. The meats are seasoned the same, the veggies are fresh and the queso still rocks! If you pass on a warm tortilla to accompany your burrito bowl, they still offer you a bag of chips.

At the cashier, they chat you up and still remember to ask for your reward card for points. They'll even transfer points from the old card to the new one. Nothing has changed, but the name...and what's in a name?

I know this concept isn't original. A burrito with an array of toppings? ok. They have lots of toppings and it didn't seem like they were charging extra for things other places normally charge for. I ordered a kids burrito and was delighted at what I could choose to have inside. The meat was very flavorful. A yummy option for a quick bite.

So much better than Chipotle or Freebirds! This place has been around since before Chipotle and it's a Houston staple. Ask for a Mission Rewards card & register it online for a free cookie (super delicious gooey chocolate chip cookies). Also come by at happy hour for great drink & food prices.

Ate here yesterday. The staff was cheerful and helpful, ingredients were delicious, and the burrito was enormous. My only regret: I shouldn't have eaten it all in one sitting. My God, it's a lot of food...

Better than Chipotle, Bullrito's, and Freebirds as of late. Sauteed mushrooms are a must that none of the other local burrito places have. Steak was juicy, and the manager was super nice. Definitely need to try this place
