The best lunch spot in Bangor! Absolutely delicious salads, sandwiches and coffee. Great for vegetarian, dieters and the health conscious as well as gourmet tastes. I adore their food and desserts! Perfect place for a business lunch or informal meeting with friends or family. Ashleigh Hart, L.Ac.

Deliciously fresh food and offered at reasonable prices. I can’t begin to tell you how good the food is. Not only have I been there for lunch, done there dinners to go in the winter (pop it in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes and dinners ready), but I’ve been to several event’s catered by them.
I’ve also actually had them cater an event at their place for a women’s club that I belong to. It’s nice to have an intimate environment for a dinner where you don’t have to talk over other diners. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a great meal or to have a great meal catered. I STRONGLY recommend the cakes as well! I saw a Sweet 16 cake leaving there the other day and it reminded me of something you would see on TV.
