Mr Gyro's & More, Toledo, Ohio, Pizza Restaurant Details

Food:

I placed a delivery order at the Sylvania ave location and it took almost an hour and a hour to be delivered which is totally unacceptable since I don't live very far from this location. The food was absolutely terrible. Everything was cold and tasted horrible. The pizza was the worst pizza I have ever had. The onion rings had pieces of the peel still on them when they deep fried them. The meat in the burrito had no taste at all to it. I would not advise anyone to eat here.

Usually love this place , food is good and hours are convenient becuase of my work schedule, but the employees are just rude.
The drivers are always friendly but the girls inside are just plain rude , I call and they speak to me like there doing me the biggest favor in the world. I've worked in restaurants for years so I understand it can be frustrating , but when I call and am completely polite to you and you talk to me rude as hell you dont get my money.
You work at a gyro shop not a coal mine a little friendliness or at least politeness could go along way for this business, til then they wont get another dime from me.

I order from the airport hwy location once a month or so, the food is very good and the delivery is usually quick. I have never experienced the issues expressed in other reviews after at least a dozen orders. This is my favorite delivery joint in Toledo.

I went to the one on heatherdowns in toledo oh. It took then over 45 minutes and then the food was still not done!!! and he still says that it was going to be another 2 mins so I got my money back and still not done so I left!!! He says it was busy but if you think having 3 customers was busy then they have a big big problem.

Ordered delivery, and part of my order was missing...called back to get my order and Amanda from Mr.Gyro tells me because there is only 1 driver and they cannot redeliver my order and she swore that she put all of my order in my bag which I'm sure she put it in the wrong bag because it sure wasn't in mines.Basically she accused me of lying about receiving what she claim she put in my bag. Instead of sending someone back out to give me what they have missed ( and I was only about 5 minutes away), she told me to call in the morning to talk to the manager.Seriously, who has time for that ? ..I'm going back to Oasis, quick and they will bring your pop back if they forgot it...no questions asked. I was a loyal customer but I will never buy anything else from this place.Horrible customer service and oh they will take forever with your order so don't wait up
