I have ordered from them faithfully for a while now and hardly had any issues. Well today that changed.....ordered my pizza and after realizing more than an hour had past by I called to check the status. The lady told me it should be here any minute. ..ok fine. 20 more minutes go by...called back asked to speak with a manager. The lady told me she was the manager in the phone room and the delivery person should be here...well there not!!! Go outside and see the car driving around looking for my apartment tried flagging the driver down but couldn't because the windows were up and I'm on the third floor. Asked the manager to call the driver. She says she doesn't have her number! Like seriously you don't have the numbers to your drivers?? I start letting her know how upset I was about my order not being here by now (in a calm voice). She starts arguing with me saying how it's only been an hour and that the driver will be there. I said no its well over an hour and I would like to speak with a manager. She again said she is a manager and that she is the one who handles the discounts. Wait what!?!?! Who the hell said anything about a discount???? She basically figured that's why I wanted a manager. I'm assuming because I was black she automatically thought I was looking for a handout or discount. I just wanted my food. I wish I would have recorded the convo so I could put it on blast for everyone to hear how rude and racist she was. I will NEVER order from here again. I just can't believe she said that and treated me like that after all the times I have ordered with them. I'm noticing there customer service is going down the hill. DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER that will never order from them again. Get a new manager

Liars these people are liars. They tell you 1 thing and do another. Then you ask them about it and they deny it.....

They treat their employees like crap.
Paul the manager here has some horrible hygiene. Look at his teeth and you will understand.

I've personally seen a manager there wipe his sweat then cut a pizza without washing their hands GROSS!

Some of the best Pizza I have ever had. We order weekly now. Fast delivery. Great service. Garlic Parmesean Crust FTW.

I know some people don't care much about their pizza as in any pizza will do, but I do. The thing I like about Mr. Jim's is that the pizzas consistently have lots of toppings. I think they have twice as much pepperoni as Dominos. My particular favorite is the Sticky Fingers, which has pretty much every topping. You don't see much mention about their flavored crust, but it's free and I highly recommend adding it.
