Incredible! We need more places like MS. Julie's. A family feel, great food! Will definitely be back if we are in the area again!

If you want locally-sourced, organic, vegan whole-foods, this is the spot! I would hire Ms. Julie as my personal chef if I could, I have never had a bad dish and I've tried practically everything on her menu. (I always go for the sloppy mac these days, though, it's really addictive!) She makes hearty, wholesome soul foods that really hit the spot without sabotaging a healthy balanced diet in the least bit. Her prices are reasonable considering the ingredients she uses so it's a better value than some reviewers would lead you to believe. Julie also grows a lot of her own food over the summer, showing her commitment to high-quality ingredients. Her sustainability practices are exemplary and she is a model member of the Akron community, giving back whenever and wherever she can. I honestly can't speak highly enough of her or her food! My only complaint is that I wish I could have her food whenever I wanted, 24-7-365. We can all dream, right?

I loved the food it was delicious. And I love how everything is vegan, I hate to say it but everything on the menu is so expensive. I got the black bean burger and salad bar with a drink I remembered the bill being like 25 dollars. Second time I got the a hemp sandwich with some cookies the bill was 20 dollars. I understand every thing is organic and local contributing to the high price, but it was a bit of a turn off for me, It seemed like you got very little food for the price you are paying.

Miss Julie is so wonderful!!! Not only is she the nicest person, but her food is excellent. She is winning awards for a good reason! Not only is the food delicious, but it is absolutely the healthiest vegan food you will find anywhere (and this comes from a nutrition-obsessed college student). To add a cherry on top, her environmental footprint has to be smaller than the shop itself. She is doing good for the world and we need more like her desperately.
