I was really craving greek food, that didn't break my budget. My boyfriend and I got chicken salad, a gyro, and a sesame salad. It was affordable and delicious!

After receiving an email suggesting I visit Myra's Dionysus, I figured I best check this place out. I'm surprised that I haven't been there before since it is right next to the University of Cincinnati's campus and I've been a graduate student there for 3 years now.

Anyway, before a night class I was to teach recently, I met my wife at Myra's for dinner. The indoor seating is pretty limited and apparently there is some outdoor seating, but we didn't go out to see what it was like. The menu has a bunch of options, including a few meat options, but it appeared to be primarily vegetarian fare. Unfortunately, they were out of our two first choices (Debi - potato and cheese soup; me - the burrito), but our second choices were pretty good. Debi got the Gypsy soup and I got the black bean soup. We may have ordered something other than soup if we hadn't been in such a hurry (I had to get to my class). We also got a side order of hummus. The hummus was excellent and both soups were very good. The Gypsy was a little spicy for Debi (but just about everything is). The black bean was just right.

We'll probably go back when we have more time. I'd recommend it, but keep in mind that they do run out of menu options, which was kind of annoying.
