07/01/2015 4:42 pmSUPERB theme park dining! My family of five ate here on July 1, 2015 not knowing what to expect. We were extremely pleased by the atmosphere, food quality, and service. I got the signature burger, which was fantastic! My wife got the risotto of the day, which she loved. Kids meal was okay, but nothing special. The desserts were very yummy top and reasonably priced. Our waiter, Arian, was one of the best we've ever had at a theme park restaurant. Highly recommended! |

06/29/2015 5:57 pmWe had a disappointing experience overall. We made reservations to get in and while we were waiting outside, many folks were turned away since they did not have a reservation. When we entered the restaurant, there was hardly anyone in it and we were seated in a corner. It remained nearly empty while we dined. The waiter asked if we had any food allergies when he took our order. One of us has a nut allergy and we informed him. We ordered beef and it arrived with a large steak knife. It occurred to me after cutting into the beef why there is such a large steak knife. The beef is tough. The dinner was served with a vegetable, but there was only a few vegetables beside the potato. Since we were dining to celebrate a birthday, we asked the restaurant to deliver a special dessert to our daughter for her birthday. The special desert was ice cream over a brownie. When my daughter began to eat it, she didn't feel well. We tasted it to discover the ice cream had a peanut butter flavor in it. My daughter was sick the remainder of the evening into the next morning. I later informed the restaurant to let them know what happened. Even after a month, I never heard anything back from the restaurant or Universal Orlando. We ate at many restaurants during our visit both in the park and at City Walk. All of them served very good food and our experiences were good ones. This is the only one we would avoid if we return. |

04/09/2015 10:52 amRestaunt makes a big deal out of being the best or one of the best Theme Park Restaurants, but I think that was probably over 5 years ago. |
