Nacho's Cafe, San Antonio, Texas, Mexican Restaurant Details

This is not a review but just wanting to know more what happen. I've driven by there many times and the place looks abandoned and called many times but keep getting the busy signal does anyone out there know happen.

Greatest place ever to eat genuine Mexican food, not any of this Tex-Mex crap!!! Prices are EXCELLENT, UNBEATABLE!!!

Food is served very fast and is cooked homemade. Excellent pueco!

It's expensive. She's rude. The food was subpar. They don't seem to have anything in stock. It really wasn't worth anything. How are these people open?

Who ever claims this place is excellent is suspect. The good reviews must be from family. Someone claimed the waitress was great, what waitress?

I walked in with my co-driver and we weren't even greeted. It was the ole lady and her son. She was very rude and her son just stood and nodded with approval. My co-driver ordered the Chile Relleno which is made from scratch. I observed that they served breakfast so I ask if they had a breakfast burrito. "No, we don't have it" in a very stern/rude tone. Really? You serve Chorizo, Eggs, Cheese and Potato with Bacon, and you cant throw that sheet in a tortilla real quick. OK?

So I order a few tacos, I wanted chicken, "we don't have it" !! She says. Really? OK, give me what you got but no onion. "The onion come inside, there's no way to take it out" she so viciously explained. OK, you make Fu*king Chile Relleno from scratch but have premade tacos.

OK, just give me the Tacos. Then she says, "would you like something to drink"? I say "No, I already have a bottle of water" and here comes the straw that breaks the camels back. "YOU CANT BRING YOU WATER IN HERE!" WTF??????

Fu*k you, and Fu*k this place. I canceled my order and got the fu*k out of there. A resturant is a customer service based establishment. If your customer service is poor, then you will lose customers. Simple.
