I really love Indian food, and Nirvana does it well. I'm thrilled to have this option so close to home, and its always nice to go to a restaurant with more than 3 vegetarian options.

If you order food, be prepared to wait. This has been the case at almost every Indian restaurant I've been to- and having cooked some myself- I understand why! Its part of the experience.

Had a Buffet Here ... It was good .. atleast these people are letting us to have a decent indian food...

The best Indian restaurant in all of America...... and I mean it. Best customer service too. If you're in New Orleans, you HAVE TO stop by this place to eat at least once in your lifetime. I can assure you it won't be your last time here, GUARANTEED!!!!

Their buffet on Thursday and Sunday nights are always good. Lots of options, veggie and meat. Fresh Naan to die for and the atmosphere is more of a upscale restaurant than a $10 buffet
