Food:

It's nice to have a pizza place walking distance from the house and they pizza is good. I'm not sure what it is but this place is just a little above average in my mind, with all things considered. 24th St is a great place to have dinner but Patxi's feels like the chain that it is so if you want a consistently average dining experience without a ton of personality this is the place for you. The deep dish pizza is good and usually bring home a slice of pizza for breakfast the next day.

I spent $29 ordering a 14" gluten free pizza, I got a regular (glutenous pizza) delivered in 1:30 hours (this was a late delivery, pizza was cold), some sort of online glitch. And I can't even eat this mistake pizza because of food allergies. I called to re-order the pizza and basically they tell me to pick up a pizza it takes 60 minutes and another $29.

This is not the first of a series of bad errors with this Patxi's location - the lack of customer service, proper restaurant management and the incompetence of the deliver staff shows. I will order anywhere else but here. You lost the business of one more local family.

Where else can you get vegan Chicago deep dish takeout? I bring it home and add my favorite vegan stuff like Sriracha and vegan pesto

Like just about every restaurant in this part of Noe Valley, it's like Lord of the Flies in here before 7pm. The kids outnumber the parents and run wild. But the pizza is the closest thing to Zachary's that we have in the city and is consistently great.

There are many Paxti's around now and this location is one of my favorites, devoid of the "OMG totally" types of the Marina location and the endlessly-long waits of the crowded Hayes Valley location.

Food:

Great deep dish pizza. I love their pepperoni - it seems a bit spicier and tastier than your standard American red discs o' meat you normally see on pizza.

Also after a subpar delivery experience, I emailed them to complain and they refunded my order. Awesome customer service. I'll definitely be back.
