Noodles And Company, Cincinnati, Ohio, Vegan-friendly Restaurant Details

Food:

the food was ok, but the guy taking my order was so rude at me that I almost considered quiting my order. Or Noodles & Company is not treating their employees well enough or this guy was having a really bad day. I'm never coming back for sure.

Food:

I really want to like you N & C. Your menu makes all the food sound tantilizing, the restaurant ambience makes you feel like you not in a chain, you have the fun little drink mixer so I can have 200 different types of soda, but your food is just, "meh".

I have been here twice and both times I didn't enjoy the food and was a little worried it was undercooked.

I am hoping to come back sometime, but probably not anytime soon.

I first went to the Florence location and loved it! Food was great and customer service was fantastic. They even gave us a complementary entree after forgetting to bring out our side dish. Complete opposite in Kenwood. First off the person taking our order was frustrated with us trying to customize our order. Then they charged us extra. Then I found a hair in our entree. The most shocking part was when I brought it back and showed them I did receive another dish but no apology. Completely unacceptable. Do not go to this location. Go to Florence!

Omg! The food is just crap. Ordered japanese noodles and the taste is way off. Noodles have processed, pasty, previously frozen taste. From nyc and used to better quality. Ok for midwest I guess but wouldn't pass any taste taste elsewhere. Yuck!!!

Food:

I've been to many Noodles & Co. around the midwest, and this one is my favorite. My family and I usually have lunch here when we're running around the Kenwood Towne Center area.
