I wanted to give specifically 2.5 to describe the perfect inconsistency here. Mostly clean, but it's either the best noodles and company I've been to our it's the worst experience. This last time, we waiting 30 minutes for food in a nearly empty restaurant. No dressing on my Caesar salad and missing cabbage from my pad thai. Definitely knew they were behind but no apology for bad service. Clearly need to hire better management to keep shift managers consistent.

45 minute wait for lunch and still no service or recognition by staff. Will not return.

I always love the food and their staff our usually nice. But families come here especially during dinner hours which can be very irritating when your waiting for your food.

Long wait. First we waited for minutes for a table to get cleaned (half the tables didn't have people AND were dirty), and it's been twenty minutes and we still don't have food!

EDIT: Took 30 minutes to get the food. My cup leaked, and the replacement had tomato in it. The staff were apologetic, and as we left, the sole cleaner/take wiper came out of his "cave" to get himself a drink. The tables that weren't being used were all dirty, as expected.

Food was good, as usually. I recommend the mineral point Noodles more.
