Good service that's it! The rest is God, Horrible! They are literally serving OLD FOOD. YOU ARE PAYING TO GET POISON. Those that gave a good review probably are family members or friends. What that F!

With an enviroment that is warm ,cozy, and romantic this restaurant offers the home cooking feeling. I am a Cuban american from Miami and I thought the food was good. My girlfriend gives me a hard time about finding places with bistec empanizado and theres was good by her high standards. Plus the empanadas were delicious.

Don't know why they call then self cuban restaurant. Nobody is cuban there, not even the food. . Food tasted old, I ordered steak, didn't take 5 minutes to get my order, not a good sign. Then it tasted like rubber, will never go back and pay $15.00 for steak, not there for sure.

I am so confused as to how anyone could give this place a bad review. The atmosphere is fantastic: authentic Cuban jazz and a relaxed feel. The bread was brought out in a timely fashion WITH butter, and it was tasty and authentic. I ordered a cafe con leche to drink, and it tasted just like how my abuelo used to make them.

But onto the food: meat dripping with flavor from delicious mojo, and huge chunks of onion with intense garlic flavors abound. I ate at a few different Cuban restaurants during my vacation to Florida, and this by far reminded me the most of my family's cooking (at least how they cook on good days! lol).

I had the number 13: thin sliced pork with onions and garlic, with black beans and rice. And WOW those maduros... so tasty. My girlfriend had the ropa vieja and it was just PERFECT. Succulent and full-flavored.

Don't listen to these naysayers, this place is delicious.
