Oceanaire Seafood Room, Orlando, Florida Restaurant Details

I wish I had more to say, but after setting up reservations via OpenTable for 9:15 while in town I was told at 9:30 that they were just seating the 8:30 reservations and would come find me in the lobby when my table was finally ready. I ended up going back to my hotel and ordering room service. Not the best first impression.

I could not have been HAPPIER! Our experience was fantastic. We planned a small dinner party to celebrate my Mother and Father inLaws 50th wedding anniversary (totally planned and scheduled online and via phone calls as we are from out of town). The customer service and care about the details was phenomenal. Stephanie helped me pour over the details and make sure we got exactly what we wanted. And the wait staff Scott and Anne were nothing short of AMAZING. We were all treated like royalty. My Mother and Father were beside them selves with joy and excitement as the night progressed. And the FOOD - Oh My GOSH!! Just delicious!! I can highly recommend this venue. What a wonderful find! Thank you Stephanie, Scott and Anne (and all the staff that supported them!) for such a magical night! You are the BEST!

A GREAT restaurant! Atmosphere is relaxing, low light,and a highly efficient staff to look after all of your dining needs! My son and I ate there this past Saturday evening, and received great service from Scott and his sidekick, Wolfgang, who appeared to be in training. Wolfgang was very attentive to what Scott was doing, and looks like he will become a very efficient part of the team.

We enjoyed pre dinner drinks, which were served and enjoyed, with no pressure to drink, eat and leave.
The food was great, the Filet Mignon cooked perfection and the Stone Crab tender and delicious!
Dessert was a superb Baked Alaska, created with mint/chocolate chip ice cream, and presented and flamed tableside.

Overall, I highly recommend this fine restaurant for it's relaxed atmosphere, well timed and attentive service and delicious dining!

I ordered the Alaskan Halibut ($32) with the Jumbo Lump Crabmeat ($13) and it was not what I expected...the crabmeat was fryed and the fish was overcooked and tasteless..I've had better for less money.

Great selection and great service at this high-end restaurant in Orlando. The menu is expansive, full of tons of seafood options. The chowder was recommended and it was great! I also had the swordfish steak (jerk-style) for my main and it was perfect. Great food, excellent service and a nice atmosphere make this a must when in Orlando.
