09/25/2015 10:04 pmA hidden jem in the otherwise mundane uke village brunch experience. Three words - fat boy pie (or is it two?) This loaded dish is enough to help conquer even the most insurmountable hangovers. When paired with the mimosas and the beignets, you have the start of a great Sunday funday. |

02/05/2015 7:44 pmI am a huge fan of a comforting bowl of soup on a cold winters day ,I sorely regretted ordering the bland ,scalding tomato bisque with the big lump of even more tasteless cheese plopped in the middle and though famished ,it was a chore to finish. |

10/22/2013 2:28 pmOld Oak Tap has the best black bean burger in the city! I am not even a vegetarian, but I order this over their (also delicious) beef burger every time. Their food menu has a good variety of sandwiches, salads, and entrees, and the prices are reasonable. If you don't like black bean burgers, try the Ancho Turkey Salad or the BLT (complete with fried green tomatoes). In the summertime, they have a big patio that is perfect for afternoon drinking. |
