Bad service. Back room smelled like old carpet. We are from out of town and love our Olive Garden near us but this one stunk. Literally! An item on our order was wrong and overheard table behind us had same issue. Don't waste your money.....carabbas is around the corner and much better!

If you like bad service and disgusting microwave meal food, then please coming here for your dinner!

If you like pleasant experience with good food, then go somewhere else.

So after more than a year, we have returned to this Olive Garden.

The experience was even worse than the first. What a mistake. I see why they immediately offer diners wine: You need to be drunk to enjoy their "food".

The nasty smell was present at the front reception area. Still.

The host was devoid of personality. I think everyone that works at this Olive Garden is just lazy. You people need to work out if you have such god awful energy problems.

Our server, an eastern European girl, was low energy, lazy, slow, lackadaisical and boring. She was the poster child of 9% tips and why the customer should always be in control of the tip. Potential tip is always 25% with me.

The salad had awful cuts of lettuce, tomato and onion inside. It was like the salad prep person was just blindly chopping just to get a paycheck. Basically, I've had better salads on Cathay Pacific's economy class. That's no joke.

The breadsticks were hard, old yet rubbery at the same time. How is that possible?

Entrees were microwaved disasters that make Fazoli's (Italian fast food chain) taste like supreme gourmet. The only reason they offer cheese is to hide the god awful taste of the entree.

This chain is a supreme and absolute insult to Italian food.

I can only recommend this place to people that are fat slobs that enjoy eating just for the sake of stuffing their stomachs. It isn't gourmet, it is not delicious and it sure as hell isn't fresh.

They should burn this place down and replace it with a bank or Chick Fil A.

In the end, I was left with an upset stomach and a definite intent to initiate a chargeback after contacting the manager.

Yuck.

Review from 9/23/2013: Not only does this Olive Garden have a bad smell (think miasma of garbage and bad cheese) in its lobby, it also has onions in their supposedly "famous" salad that are near expiration. It's extremely gross to have onions in a salad that have been sitting in a container for more than 6 days. But, then again, if you're a fat slob that eats salad dressing with a little bit of salad in it--you probably can't taste anything that's rotten or spoiling.

With that small detail in mind, I am certain that other things in and around the restaurant follow that same tune of food safety and quality ignorance.

Just wait for a Salmonella or Escherichia Coli (E.coli) outbreak from this Olive Garden. My stopwatch is ticking... and I will not be returning.

One of the BEST dinning out experience I've had in Italian restaurants, mostly thanks to this amazing waitress called Haben! She took such great care of us, was patient, cordial/friendly and always smiling Such a breath of fresh air! Loved it! Thanks OG, and thanks Haben!
