Olive Garden, Baton Rouge, Louisiana Restaurant Details

Service was friendly, all the staff recognized you with a greeting. A nice evening out!

I have been to several Olive Gardens in several different states, and this one is either hit, or horrible miss with the service. From a lack of attentiveness to filling your dipping sauce only halfway & then trying to charge you for a refill, to forgetting completely about you during your dinner, or lunch, and therefore anything else you might need. I'd like to add, at all other Olive Gardens when I've asked for a refill, I got it at no charge. Olive Garden is by far not recognized for its food, it's an Italian fix place. I'm disappointed that the franchise doesn't keep congruent excellent service that I've known it for in other areas.

Even when they are busy, my order always comes out quickly. It can be a bit noisy though

Food wasn't bad but my 2 star is for the service it took 15 min to get our first drinks an another 15 for bread an salad. Had to keep asking other waiters that where passing by to find my waiter but food was 200% good service is why I give 2 star

I worked at two OG's (years ago) and this one was by far the better of the two. The staff is run much tighter and more professionally than the other OG I worked at. Everything was smoother. I didn't really like all the additional rules, but they did make for a better overall dining experience. There is usually a wait, but that's with an quality restaurant. They say the best compliment a restaurant can have is for its employees to eat its food even after having cooked, cleaned, served, and scrapped it all day long. I can honestly say, all those years ago, I ate OG every day because I loved it then and love it now. 5 Stars.
