The hostess greeted and seated us without wait, The waitress was pleasant and attentive and the food came quickly and was hot and sooooooo good. I would recommend this particular resturant to any of my friends or family.

Lasagna tasted like shit. It was chewy and burnt in spots. I've had better out of a box. The bread sticks were hard. The chicken Alfredo got my fiance sick. Overall this has been by far the worst restaurant I've been to. Ill be taking my business elsewhere and i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They need new cooks.

Despite the earlier comments, my wife and I decided to check out the restaurant. I'm glad we did. The service was great the waiter was helpful and had great suggestions when it came to which soups etc. The bread was endless, the salad was endless, and both entrees were done very very nicely.

I would definitely recommend this restaurant, even if it requires a wait (we had 15 mins), or even a reservation.

I had a horrendous experience at an Olive Garden on Maple Road in Amherst, NY tonight. We called ahead as we know it being Valentine's Day, it would be busy. We were told the wait was an hour and a half, but if we called ahead, once we showed up, because we called ahead, the wait time would be cut in half.

We showed up 10 minutes later and the hostess by the name of "Noemi" claimed she couldn't find us on the list and they were out of buzzers. She said we would get one once someone handed one in when they were called to be seated. After about 20 minutes, we noticed several people who were there before us asking about why people walking in were being seated before them when they called ahead and were waiting. We witnessed this with 4 groups of people in an hour. We asked when we would be seated because our wait should have only been 45 minutes. It was starting to die down, and we were told about 10 more minutes. At this point we were absolutely supposed to be next as everyone else there had walked in after us. We saw a couple come in, ask about the wait, get a buzzer, and were told if they could find a spot at the bar, there would be no wait. The bar was full. Their buzzer went off not a minute later and they got a table. They did not call ahead, and there were about 20 people waiting ahead of them. I was literally SHOCKED that that would even happen. The hostess and the manager had just dealt with several groups of people complaining about this, and yet here it is still happening. On top of that, "Noemi" couldn't seem to figure out how to do her job properly and when people were calling ahead, she was apparently not actually taking note of such so that when they showed up they wouldn't have as long of a wait.

After this, we had had enough, we waited 1 hour and 20 minutes, which was supposed to only be a 45 minute wait. We were told the excuse was "It's Valentine's Day". Yes, that's a great excuse for a wait. We expected a wait, it's a holiday, known for eating out, and it's a Friday. DUH. What we didn't expect is the hostess to be rude, snide, ignorant, and so incredibly useless. After I complained to her about how she wasn't doing her job right, she had the nerve to smile and wave and say "Have a good night" in a very bitchy condescending way, in front of over 20 customers, a male host, and a guy that was some type of manager. That was the wrong thing to do. You do not treat customers like that, and act so snide after you are so very ignorant and can't seem to do a job that my 7 year old can do. Here's a tip! Get a computer system in the lobby of these restaurants so customers can sign themselves in and get a buzzer ejected. Eliminate the ignorant hostesses you have there that cop attitudes when customers call them out for not doing their job right. What's also sad is I'm sure all of the people that dealt with this tonight aren't going to complain to Olive Garden about this because after they complained to the manager, they got seated immediately. After what happened, and waiting over an hour, and nearly double our projected wait time, we had 2 very hungry children who were literally in tears because they just wanted food. They were very well behaved in the lobby, and it was unfair for them to suffer that long, and then have to get in the car and go somewhere else to eat dinner. My son is too young to even understand that you have to wait, and then it was confusing to him that we had to leave the place and have tears streaming down his face, "I'm hungry mommy." You have lost us for life. I have no interest in going back to any of your establishments, and I really hope that "Noemi" loses her job after the way she acted. I will absolutely tell everyone I know what happened, and I will be checking to see if "Noemi" still has a job there.

Had a lovely time. If you plan ahead and call before you arrive you get in quick even when it's busy! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Our waitress Taliba was pleasant and efficient.
